Event Proposal- Public Park

We’ll see where this goes

Dear (Park Authority),

I am writing to propose an event that I believe would be a great addition to the community and bring people together in the beautiful setting of one of your City’s parks. I’d like to organize a Live Performance event at one of your parks on a scheduled day and time. The event will be open to the public and will provide an opportunity for families, friends, and neighbors to come together and enjoy live art and music. We plan to have music performances by Saint Jay and Lil Smokey. As well as a Live Painting show by Dayton Truitt.

These three artists represent the Oakland County community, and we believe their local fanbases could offer a great opportunity for an event in one of your parks.

In terms of logistics, we would need permission to use a section of the park for the event, as well as access to electricity for any necessary equipment. We will also ensure that we comply with any park regulations, including cleanup and waste management.

We will promote the event through various channels, such as social media, and flyers, as well as videotape the performances for a live audience on social media.

The event will be promoted by my company, Truitt House LLC. We would like to make this event free to the public, for entertainment purposes. We want to inspire the community and help build everyone up.
