Introducing my idea.
In the last three years since writing those last stories I have experienced twenty years of life. I have found a mission in my life. And A vessel I can pursue it with.
What I hope to share with you is my vision, as I slowly understand how to articulate it myself. I see Art as a defining practice in cultures. An absolute pinnacle of the human experience. Human interaction with art has been a fundamental part of our evolutionary process. You are able to capture a moment in time. You are able to capture the tangible and the intangible. I am in year three of a young career I assumed when people asked me what I want to do when I’m older. The answer is to make art. The art of our time. My contribution to the world will be the work I leave behind. And having the ability to make more art is fundamental in my process of realizing potential.
I have organized a business, Truitt House, to facilitate the business handling of my artwork. Paintings and drawings should be archived and pulled out later. To start,
We are launching a print on demand store. Available online at www.truitthouse.com or in person (metro Detroit delivery), each print is a 8.5"x 11" copy of an original digital artwork. hand embellished by myself.
Over the next few months I will be writing more into what we are doing and uploading more content related to the art I’m making and the business operations.
